Leaving another review to say just how excellent this place is. A lot of dentists will pry and try to take your money but not Apex. I've now gone to them twice for wisdom teeth extraction. Both times Dr. Hassan has done a beyond excellent job. They even offered to answer any questions or concerns outside of working hours. Overall, even after moving away will I will continue to do the drive for regular dental examinations

What can I expect after booking?
Shortly after you schedule your visit, you’ll receive a welcome email with your appointment details and a link to complete your new-patient paperwork. We ask that all forms and your appointment confirmation be completed at least 48 hours before your visit so we can reserve your time and be fully prepared when you arrive.
Do I pay now or at my appointment?
You can pay at the time of your visit, or you may choose to sign up for the membership special in advance. If you request more information, you’ll receive a text and email with instructions to enroll ahead of time so you can come prepared.
Do members get access to the office by text?
Yes. New members and verified existing patients receive immediate access to text our office and doctor directly, including after hours for urgent questions or guidance.
What does the New Patient Special include?
Your special includes a full dental exam, necessary X-rays, and a consultation with your doctor to review your oral health and any concerns. If you need treatment, we’ll explain your options, show you any X-rays or photos, and go over discounted fees before anything is done.
Do I need insurance to use the special?
No. This offer was made for patients without insurance. If you do have insurance, we’ll still check your benefits and apply coverage when possible, while also honoring the special if your plan doesn’t cover exams or has frequency limitations.
How long does the appointment take?
Most visits take about 45 to 60 minutes, depending on the type of X-rays needed and the questions you have.
Is a cleaning included?
No, cleanings are not part of the New Patient Special because every patient’s needs are different. If a standard cleaning is appropriate, we’ll review your discounted cost before moving forward. If a deeper gum-health cleaning is recommended, the doctor will show you exactly why with X-rays or photos and explain the fee clearly.
Can I get treatment the same day?
Sometimes, yes. If we have time available, we may be able to start treatment right away. If not, we’ll schedule your next visit and make sure your discounted pricing is applied.
What should I bring to my appointment?
Please bring a photo ID, any dental insurance card if you want us to verify coverage, and any recent X-rays if you have them, though new X-rays may still be required.
What is your cancellation policy?
We ask for at least 48 hours’ notice if you need to cancel or reschedule to avoid a fee and keep access to the special pricing.
Is this offer available for children?
Yes. Children are welcome, and we’ll customize their exam and X-rays based on their age and comfort.
